Our Quality Commitment
When you purchase used packaging, you need confidence that products will perform as expected. Our quality assurance program is designed to ensure consistent product quality and accurate grading across every order.
We have developed clear standards for each product type and grade level. Our team is trained to apply these standards consistently, so you know exactly what to expect when you order Grade A, B, or C products.
Unlike many competitors who simply pass along whatever they receive, we actively sort, grade, and when necessary, repair products before they reach our customers. This attention to detail is what sets us apart and why businesses trust us for their packaging needs.

Our Quality Process
Every product passes through multiple checkpoints
Receiving Inspection
Every incoming shipment of used packaging is inspected upon arrival. We document the source, quantity, and initial condition assessment before materials enter our facility.
Sorting & Grading
Trained staff sort products by type and size, then grade them according to our standardized criteria. Each grade level has specific requirements for structural integrity and appearance.
Repair & Reconditioning
Products that can be upgraded through repair are processed by our maintenance team. We replace damaged components, reinforce weak areas, and clean products as needed.
Quality Verification
Before products are added to inventory, they undergo final verification. We confirm the grade assignment is accurate and products meet customer expectations.
Proper Storage
Graded products are stored in designated areas organized by type and grade. Proper storage protects products from weather and damage while awaiting sale.
Pre-Shipment Check
When orders are pulled for delivery, products receive a final check. We verify the correct grade and quantity, and inspect for any damage that may have occurred in storage.
What We Inspect
Key areas evaluated during our quality assessment
Structural Integrity
We test load-bearing capacity and check for cracks, breaks, or weaknesses that could compromise performance.
Cleanliness Assessment
Products are evaluated for residue, stains, odors, and contamination that could affect their suitability for different applications.
Dimensional Accuracy
We verify that products meet standard dimensions and specifications, ensuring compatibility with your equipment and operations.
Safety Compliance
Pallets are checked for proper heat treatment stamps, and all products are evaluated for safety hazards like protruding nails or sharp edges.
Moisture & Rot Detection
Wood products are inspected for moisture damage, rot, mold, or insect infestation that could compromise structural integrity.
Functionality Testing
IBC totes undergo valve testing, gaylord boxes are checked for proper folding, and pallets are tested for forklift compatibility.
